We’ve been doing this for a while, 25 years (almost) and over that time we’ve learnt a few things. The biggest lesson for us is that our customers trust us to lead them forward, at least in the world of IT. That means we need to provide constant innovation, better understanding of their business and be really fussy about who we partner with to provide the care our customers come to expect.

“When I started Computer Care, I wanted to be more than an IT support company, I wanted to really dig into our customers business and find key ways that IT could help and improve their businesses. Unfortunatly, over time this became less and less possible as I moved to running the business and spent less time in front of customers. Se we created a way to do this in a clear and organised manor which is highly repeatable and comes as part of managed service offering.”
