Firstly, you should understand how we work. We have specific task-focused teams. We make sure our teams know how to work together and on each others’ roles but are also focused on their Team’s core responsibilities. We operate EOS as a company which helps us keep focused and moving forward as a business. We conduct open meetings for all the staff in the business, focused on operations, quarterly planning and weekly catch ups.
Our staff are really important to us, and we hope they will one day be just as important to you.
Our Service Desk team: “We don’t want to hear from you!“ (there we’ve said it). This Team are always there ready to react, but honestly, if you don’t have to reach out to our service desk then things are going well.
Our Professionals Services team: these guys focus on ensuring projects run on schedule, are communicated and fully implemented so the service desk guys can take over for ‘Business As Usual’ support.
vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer): Your strategic tech partner who helps plan for the future — in place to learn your business goals and make sure your technology is working toward them, not against them. Think of them as a trusted advisor who helps you make smart IT decisions without the cost of a full-time executive.
TAM (Technical Account Manager): Your day-to-day relationship champion — the person who knows your environment inside and out, keeps things running smoothly, and makes sure you’re always getting the most value from your IT investment.
