Why Business Continuity is Important

We don’t believe that business continuity / disaster recovery is optional.  We have spoken to businesses who thought it would never happen or assumed that their plan was sufficient.  When it wasn’t, it was either too late, or they had to suffer extended downtime to recover. A pragmatic approach towards mitigating disaster can be seen as a headache to implement. We can help stop it becoming an industrial grade migraine

How We Manage this Risk for You

It’s all about creating an action plan based on business risk discussion and leaving no stone unturned; getting you the front foot, making sure risks are understood before they can be exploited and taking actions to remove them.  We’ll proactively identify weaknesses, implement change in a planned manor and keep your 365 security score in a good state.

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) Management

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) management is like a security guard for your company’s email system. Think of it as checking ID cards at the door – it makes sure emails claiming to be from your company are really from you and not from someone pretending to be you. Real World Example: Imagine someone sends an email claiming to be your bank. DMARC is like the bouncer who checks their ID and says, “This isn’t really from the bank” and stops the email from reaching you. Meanwhile, when the real bank sends an email, DMARC checks their ID and says “Yes, this is legitimate” and lets it through. Without DMARC, it’s like having no ID checker at all – anyone could walk in claiming to be from your company.
