This quick step guide will show you how to reset a password on a Mac device.
- Go into System Preferences by either clicking the icon in the dock or using Spotlight to search for it
- Click on Users & Groups
- Click the padlock in the bottom left to make changes and enter the admin password if prompted
- Click on the information button next to the user you would like to reset the password for
- A box will show to Reset Password
