Adding A Shared Mailbox To Outlook On Windows

This quick step guide will show you how to add a Shared Mailbox to Outlook on a Windows machine.

1.       Firstly open outlook and select file

2.       Select Account settings, then select it again from the dropdown option

3.       Select your email address and click “Change”

4.       Choose “More Settings” then the Advanced tab

5 .       Select the Add button to add the new mailbox

6.       Enter the mailbox email address and select OK

7.       Finally click Apply at the bottom then OK

8.       The new mailbox should then be visible in the left pane under your current mailbox folders
