This quick step guide will show you how to set an auto-reply message on Outlook on a Mac.
- In Outlook, click on the “Tools” drop-down menu at the top and select “Automatic Replies…”
- Enter the automatic replies you would like for internal and external senders and specify a time period you would like them active for.
- Once message has been entered click Ok.
