This quick step guide will show you how to edit the sending options from Outlook on a Windows machine.
- Firstly on Outlook open a new email window
- Select Options from top tab
- Select From option and this will then add a dropdown option from the To field
- Select dropdown arrow and select “other email address”
- Enter the email address you want the email to be sent from
- On new emails you can then choose which email account the email will be sent from
- If you need to remove this dropdown then follow the previous steps but unclick the From button
